Ne-Mo’s Bakery is proud to offer free shipping to all of the continental US (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Unfortunately, we do not have the capabilities to ship internationally at this time. Our fulfillment partner FedEx is currently experiencing delays in shipping due to an influx of orders related to Covid-19. You will receive an email as soon as your order ships with information related to your order including a fedex tracking number. Thank you for your patience as we rush to get you your treats as soon as possible! All of our orders are shipped in an insulated cooler containing dry ice that will ensure that your products stay cool until they get to you!
Due to the complex temperature and packaging requirements for our treats, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. If you experience an issue with your order, please email us email@example.com. We'll do everything we can to make it up to you!
