- Customer Complaints
- How are customer complaints on Ne-Mo's products handled?
Quality assurance is of the utmost importance to Ne-Mo's Bakery. Any quality complaint is to be referred to the Sales & Marketing Department Administrative Manager for follow-up and disposition. Product code, description, manufacturing code date, and details regarding the complaint are necessary to facilitate disposition instructions, which will be relayed by the Director of R.D./Technical Services.
- Date Code
- How do I read the Manufacturing Date Code imprinted on Ne-Mo's products?
The five-digit Manufacturing Date Code that Ne-Mo's imprints on its product can be read as follows: for example, 24152 would translate to the product being produced on the second shift (2), in the year 2004 (0), on the 152nd day of the year (152), which is May 31.
- Why doesn't Ne-Mo's mark its products with a "use by" date?
Ne-Mo's imprints its products with the date the product was manufactured. Since our product is removed from its frozen state at various times, it would not be possible for Ne-Mo's to put a "use by" date on our products.
- Freezing Product
- Does Ne-Mo's product need to be kept frozen?
Ne-Mo's products are shipped frozen and are guaranteed to maintain their high quality level for a period of at least nine (9) months from the date of production when stored at 0 (zero) degrees Fahrenheit.
- Can Ne-Mo's product be re-frozen once it has been thawed?
No, the integrity of Ne-Mo's product can not be guaranteed if it is re-frozen once it has been thawed.

- Does Ne-Mo's offer its customers a pick-up allowance?
A 5% pick-up allowance will be credited on each invoice for customer pick-up at Ne-Mo's Bakery on orders totaling 100 cases or more. Customers may pick up a minimum order of 75 cases at Ne-Mo's Bakery, but no pick-up allowance will be issued for this amount.
- How do I place an order for Ne-Mo's products?
Once you have completed a Credit Application and received credit approval, all orders can be faxed to our Customer Service Department at 760-741-0659 (Ne-Mo's fax order forms available upon request) or e-mailed to ssmith@nemosbakery.com.
- What is Ne-Mo's minimum shipment?
Ne-Mo's minimum order shipment is 800 cases of product.
- What is Ne-Mo's ordering lead time?
Ne-Mo's lead time for ordering is two weeks from the day the order is placed to the day the order is received. The exception to this is that one week lead time is sufficient for customers in Southern California.
