Convenience Stores:

Ne-Mo's has long set the standard for quality and innovation in the convenience store industry. Our products offer eye appeal, exceptional eating quality and profitability. While other bakery products come on the scene and are soon gone, Ne-Mo's has been a presence for over 20 years with consistent quality and service that can always be relied upon. The product line is comprehensive in that it lends itself to morning, afternoon or evening eating.

Vending and Catering:

Ne-Mo's products perform very well in the price sensitive vending and catering markets. We can offer the operator a quality product with brand recognition for a price that allows a profitable return. Customer satisfaction with a product of such good eating quality insures the desired repeat sale. Our Danish, Coffee Cakes and Cake-Breads have a successful following and the iced Cake Squares offer a great taste and good shelf life in the refrigerated units.

Deli's:

Ne-Mo's Fine Bakery Products are a profitable addition to any deli area. They provide a terrific impulse item that completes a deli meal or to grab for a later snack. All of our products are individually wrapped and ready to eat. They are packaged for easy handling for the on-the-go consumer.

Fast Food:

There are fast food chains that recognize the quality and brand appeal of the Ne-Mo's cakes and do offer them on their menu.

Custom Products:

Ne-Mo's does do custom bakery items. For information regarding a program, please call our Sales and Marketing Department and ask for Sam DeLucca, Jr.

Merchandising Aids:

Customer Service Hours:

In order to accommodate the needs of our valued customers and to expedite orders more efficiently, our Customer Service Department is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard time.

We request that all orders be received in our Customer Service Department by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard time so that we can process the orders into our system before the end of the day.

Order Lead Times:

We offer a two week lead time from the day the order is placed to the day the order is received. We offer a one week lead time to customers in Southern California.

Terms and Conditions:

·        Invoice terms are 1% 10, Net 20.

·        Minimum shipment - 800 cases.

·        Return Goods Policy:

a.      Ne-Mo's will refuse any returned goods unless prior written authority has been approved by the Ne-Mo's Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

b.      Quality assurance is of the utmost importance. Any quality complaint is to be referred to the Ne-Mo's Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for follow-up and disposition. Product code, description, manufacture date, and details regarding the complaint are necessary to facilitate disposition instructions.

·        All products are shipped frozen and guaranteed to maintain their high quality level for a period of at least nine (9) months from the date of production when stored at 0 (zero) degrees Fahrenheit.

·        Customers may pick up a minimum of 75 cases at Ne-Mo's Bakery, Escondido, California, or any of our warehouses.

The Sales & Marketing Department of Ne-Mo's Bakery must receive a signed credit application for each new customer. Credit approval will be processed within 5 working days following receipt of credit application.
